(Dis)connected is a series of original short plays about how technology changes the way we relate with each other... for better and for worse. The short plays feature various everyday technology like smartphones, social media, and, even ride hailing apps.

(Dis)connected is guaranteed to make you smile, laugh, and most importantly, ponder.

ABOUT THE JAKARTA PLAYERS COMMUNITY THEATRE

The Jakarta Players is a non-profit, multinational community theatre group that has provided English-language entertainment for Jakarta's theatre-loving community since 1968. Apart from staging plays, we occasionally host social events that have included improvisation evenings, movie quizzes, meals, short plays, skits, and musical performances. Coming along to any of our events (or auditions!) is a great way to meet some of the community members and get started with Jakarta Players.
