FAQs
Am I allowed to book a seat?
Our show is free seating - to ensure you get good seat, please arrive well before doors open. Doors will open 10-15 minutes before show starts
Is late entry allowed? if not, what time is late entry?
If you are late, you will be allowed to enter but be aware it will be dark inside and we do not allow the use of mobile phones or any recording devices while the performance is going.
Will the show be in Bahasa or English?
The entire show will be in English only.
Will there be food & drinks provided?
Show tickets do not come with food and drinks. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Please bear in mind that food/drinks are not allowed to be taken inside the theatre.
Is there any age restriction to watch?
All audience members under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Will the parking at the venue be free or paid?
There is no parking available at the venue. We recommend using a public transportation (MRT, Busway), taxi, or your preferred ride-sharing service for your convenience.
If I am driving, where can I park my VEHICLE?
As there is no parking available at the venue, you may park at Sarinah or any nearby parking facilities.
If I already paid for the tickets but I cannot attend, will there be a refund?
Unfortunately, there is no refund. All sales are final. Please contact us for any questions or concerns.
